Personiv, a global leader in business process outsourcing, announced today that it has attained ISO certification in both their Philippines and India locations after an arduous process and extensive third-party audit. The ISO 9001:2015 Certification sets international standards for quality management principles and requires standardization of improvement processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

The process at each site took several months to complete with outside vendors TÜV Rheinland Philippines Inc. in Manila and Bureau Veritas in Coimbatore, guiding Personiv toward full certification by ISO. To be qualified for certification, Personiv had to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and aim to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the ISO system.
