David Lesniak
Chief Executive Officer
Oversees the strategy and delivery of Personiv’s products and services.

David Lesniak is CEO of Personiv and oversees the strategy and delivery of our products and services. Under his leadership Personiv has grown significantly by introducing new services to new markets and expanding relationships within existing service areas.

David Lesniak has more than 20 years’ experience leading middle market companies on behalf of private equity owners in varied industries such as media, manufacturing, and business services. He earned a B.S. Manufacturing Engineering degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology, an M.S. Operations Research degree from the University of New York, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

When he’s not working, David enjoys leading Boy Scouts on camping trips, hiking, golfing, cooking, high school marching band and spending time with his family.

Vishal Bora
EVP & Site Head
Gurugram, India
Heads Personiv Gurugram leading more than 900 employees offering call center services.

Vishal Bora heads our Gurugram profit center and brings over 20 years of extensive experience and deep domain expertise in the areas of sales, business development, customer experience, and global operations. Prior to joining Personiv, Vishal worked at John Keells BPO as Senior Vice President – India operations, where he cultivated major growth initiatives for the organization and executed on the company’s operational and business strategies.

Vishal Bora has a strong track record of driving efficiencies, improving service levels, and delivering innovative solutions to complex business issues in varied industries such as pharmaceutical/healthcare, telecommunications, and BPO. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Chemistry from the Kumaun University. When he’s not working, Vishal enjoys watching suspense and action movies, playing games with his two sons, and reading project management books.

Paulo Cheung
EVP & Site Head
Manila, Philippines
Leads Personiv Manila’s 650-plus employees who offer SEM, Finance & Accounting, CX and more.

Since September 2014, Paulo Cheung has led the operations office in Manila, utilizing his years of business process outsourcing experience to improve Personiv’s performance. Prior to joining Personiv, Paulo worked in BPO provider companies on premier accounts like Allstate, Verizon, T-Mobile and Best Western. Under Paulo’s leadership, the Manila office has achieved a best-in-class employee attrition rate of only 2.33% (monthly) and has been nominated for an International ICT Award for Best Emerging Company for Graphics.

Paulo Cheung holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Colegio de San Juan de Letran, and in 2018 achieved Harvard alumni status after his successful completion of their prestigious Program for Leadership Development (PLD) . He is also Green Belt certified through Six Sigma and holds an ISO 9001:2015 internal auditor certification. When he’s not working, he can be found on the basketball court or playing video games with his wife and two children.

Fredericks John, MBA

Heads Personiv Coimbatore, leading more than 900 employees in the delivery center offering back office.

Fred joined Personiv in October 2010, bringing more than 20 years of experience in procedure development, high service standards and policies for business process outsourcing companies. Fred’s experience includes more than a decade at Wipro BPS and Seyyone Software Solutions, and his skills in driving risk management, quality assurance and revenue management have facilitated Personiv’s growth.

Fred has degrees in English and Personnel Management from St. Joseph’s Autonomous College, an M.B.A. from Barathiar University. Currently, Fred is enrolled in the prestigious Harvard Business School’s Senior Executive Leadership Program. Fred is a member of the Rotary Club and spends much of his time doing community outreach projects. When he’s not working and volunteering, his passion for off-road driving takes him outside for hiking and wildlife spotting with his wife and daughters.

Megan Weis
VP & General Manager – FAO Services
Leads and manages Personiv’s world-class Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) offering.

Megan joined Personiv in 2017 to develop and manage a world-class Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) offering. She combines over 20 years of finance and accounting experience with business processing outsourcing expertise to deliver exceptional value to her clients. Prior to joining Personiv, Megan was VP of Business Process Services at Everest Group, where she specialized in keeping abreast of the latest trends in FAO and consulting with large global outsourcing providers to create best-in-class FAO services.

She started her career as a CPA with Deloitte & Touche, was a financial analyst for British Petroleum and held a variety of roles within Accenture, from structuring complex global outsourcing transactions to account operations. Megan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Kent State University as well as an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. She is also Green Belt certified through Six Sigma. When she’s not working, she can be found testing Pinterest recipes in her kitchen, spending time with her two young children or working out at Orangetheory.

David Graham
VP Client Services
Manages decades-long customer relationships with exceptional white-glove service.

David Graham has a tenured 11-year history at Personiv. He joined Personiv in 2005 as a Program Manager and has held positions leading our program management teams, our Manila operations, and now manages the relationship with our largest customer. David’s prior experience includes managing Mobile Illustrated; managing the plant at Sunbelt Computer Forms, and managing the Yellow Page advertising department for Volt Information Systems. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Butler University and also attended University of Notre Dame. When he’s not working, he enjoys hiking, playing basketball and cooking with his family.

Matt Wood
VP Client Services
Provides client services to customers with a focus in Personiv’s Finance & Accounting solution.

Matt Wood joined Personiv in March 2016 and brought years of sales and operations experience to the team. Matt manages client relationships across Personiv’s services, ensuring exceptional delivery and white glove service. Prior to Personiv, Matt managed operations for HireBetter, Dell, and Princeton Recruiting Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Texas A&M University and when he’s not working, he and his wife stay active with mountain climbing, skiing, fishing, and hunting.

John Nichols
VP Account Management
Manages and identifies accounts, develops existing relationships with a focus on customized BPO solutions.

John Nichols has over a decade of BPO experience and has supported numerous successful program transitions for large U.S. customers. For more than 15 years, John has provided on-going communications and business support for Personiv enterprise accounts. He is currently responsible for managing and growing managed services accounts, and for identifying and developing new accounts with a focus is on understanding customers’ business needs and working with customers to develop customized BPO solutions. Prior to this time at Personiv, John Nichols served as the Director of Marketing at both Dex One and Qwest Wireless. John holds an MBA from Michigan State and BA from the University of Michigan.

Lydia Adams
VP Marketing & Communications
Heads all marketing and communications strategy, tactics and implementation for Personiv.

Lydia Adams is responsible for all marketing and communications strategy and implementation for Personiv, from branding and messaging to advertising and lead generation. Prior to joining Personiv, Lydia led marketing for Visio Lending, a mortgage lender based in Austin, Texas, facilitating steep growth through online marketing efforts. She brings 15 years of marketing and communications experience in a variety of industries including business services, finance, construction, engineering and higher education. Lydia Adams holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Texas A&M University and a Master of Arts degree in Mass Communication from Texas State University. When she’s not working, Lydia enjoys hiking, reading, singing along to indie folk music, and spending time with her husband and two children.

Steve Casey
Sr. Director Business Development
Manages Personiv client relationships with an emphasis on outsourced accounting.

Born in Texas and raised in Nebraska, Steve Casey graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a B.S. in General Engineering and served as an Army Infantry Officer with the 101st Airborne Division in the Gulf War.  After the Army, Steve led teams in medical device manufacturing operations and new product development, and then joined Orion Talent, a Corporate Recruiting firm focused on Military Talent, as one of its first Account Executives for the Central and Western U.S., developing Orion’s core client company business.

In Steve’s many years at Orion Talent, he developed many of his company’s largest industry verticals and client programs and held a variety of positions, including VP of Business Development, VP of Client Solutions of Orion’s acquired RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) firm Novotus, VP of Sales Operations, and Regional Sales and Operations Manager of Orion’s largest region.  He has led numerous RPO and Talent Program engagements across many industries, conducting thousands of client meetings across the U.S.  Steve was also the founder of Orion’s Inc. 500 company, NStar Global Services, an international semiconductor contracting company.

Steve Casey was a founding board member of the non-profit organization Heroes Night Out—helping wounded Veterans and their families through therapy and recovery.  He is a lifetime member of the U.S. Army Ranger Association and Veterans of Foreign Wars.

In his spare time, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children, scuba diving and many high school football and rugby activities and serves as the President of his area’s rugby club.
